Official Launch of the Vietnam Private Economic Landscape (ViPEL)- Model and Inauguration of the Executive Council with the Principal Members of the Committees
(Hà Nội, September 11, 2025) – At a working session with the Private Sector Development Research Board (Ban IV), Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính emphasized that the Vietnam Private Economic Landscape (ViPEL) Model must be implemented in a substantive and effective manner, mobilizing the collective strength of the private sector and thereby contributing to the realization of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s conclusions in Notice No. 436/TB-VPCP dated August 22, 2025, and following years of groundwork that established a cohesive enterprise system based on close linkage and shared responsibility, Ban IV organized the Official Launch of the “Vietnam Private Economic Landscape” Model and the Inauguration of the Executive Council together with the Principal Members of the Committees, as part of the First Vietnam Private Economic Landscape Program.
